Any persons diving on the Troy D do so entirely at their own risk.

Notwithstanding the fact that the State of Tasmania organised the scuttling of the Troy D and that the Troy D is on Crown Land the State of Tasmania will not accept any legal liability for any death, injury or loss suffered by any person as a result of such person being on Crown Land or diving on the Troy D or being in waters in the vicinity of the Troy D.
